As we mentioned last week a new planning application has been submitted for the Lisieux Hall site, which is just across from the Glencairn Road entrance to the estate. The developer was previously granted permission to build 69 units on this site back in 2017, however he has now submitted a new application directly to An Bord Pleanala, under the strategic applications process, for 200 units. Making an observation costs €20 and has to be submitted within 5 weeks of the date of receipt by An Bord Pleanala of the application, which was June 22nd 2020.
