The committee would like to thank the small group of adults, children and two dogs who joined us at our monthly estate clean up last Saturday.
A massive thanks to the five boys who came with their own bags collecting rubbish on their way to the playground – thank you for your help, that was great!
One of our helpers watched half the match, then recorded the second half of the rugby so he could be at the cleanup – we really appreciate that, thanks a million!
Another lady came to pick up supplies for her husband who was going to litter pick after the match and then dropped it back to one of our committee member’s house – thanks so much!
With the date being just after Halloween, there was more rubbish than usual but as mentioned above only a few hands to help. We really appreciate everyone who came out and it’s nice to see that even though we were only a few people your help made a big difference nevertheless, the estate looks much better – thank you so much!
