Hi, can you please provide a little more detail on point 2.k. Does it mean you want the gate open or closed?

Hi Karl,
Thanks for your comment. A resident asked us to look into why the gate was closed one Sunday morning at 10 am, so we are checking this out with the Management Company as it would normally be open at this time.
