Cllr Tom Murphy has advised The Gallops Residents Association that the DLRCC Parks Department has secured funding from the NTA for a 3m shared pedestrian/cycle pathway around the open space at Orby Field. This pathway will connect to the existing greenway. Please see the map below. DLRCC have advised that they will be moving on this quite quickly.

Why do we need a cycle path there it is not going anywhere and will become a racetrack circuit with subsequent injuries to young children who wish to cross it to play on the field bad idea
