We will be holding our next estate clean-up this Saturday, November 7th at 10.30 am. We hope that we will get another great turn out again!
Please note that we’ll be there from 10.30-11.00am sharp – we only ask for half an hour of your time. Unfortunately we sometimes have people arriving to help at 11am when we are packing up the bags. If 10.30am is too late for you, you can pick up litter in the morning and leave the bag next to the compactor bin at the Tennis court for us to collect. We really appreciate your help – thank you!
At 10.30am we meet at the playground and depending on numbers, we clean as much of the estate as possible. Thank you so much for helping us, it’s greatly appreciated!
As mentioned, all we need is half an hour of your time to help pick up some litter in a particular area.
If you have kids then bring them along too as we have always found them to be some of our most enthusiastic and hard working volunteers! Dogs are very welcome too.
We will have a supply of gloves, pickers and bags. Hope to see you there.
Hi Julie. I hope to be there to help with clean up Nov 7th. Also I was wondering where I can get the key to the tennis courts? Rita Lynch 10 Glencairn Thicket

Hi Rita,
Thanks for the offer to help at the cleanup, we appreciate it.
The council has the key to the tennis court. We just spoke to someone from the council this morning and he mentioned that all tennis courts were closed on request by Tennis Ireland and that they will probably open this Monday again. I hope that helps, have a lovely weekend.
