Annual Meeting (AGM) for Residents this Thursday

Just a reminder about our Annual Meeting for Residents this Thursday. We are looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible, it’s your chance to find out what’s happening in your community.

The annual meeting for residents of the Gallops will take place this
Thursday November 28th 2019 at 8pm at Holy Trinity National School.

We will give you a rundown of what we have achieved in 2019, discuss current and upcoming issues in the estate, have a look at our finances and discuss what’s on the agenda for next year.

Public Representatives will join us too to answer any questions you might have. We would love to see as many residents as possible.
Please join us that evening to find out what’s going on in your estate and let us know your opinion.

We look forward to seeing you and your neighbours!

  1. Thanks Julie for all your ongoing efforts on behalf of the residents. Unfortunately I will be unable to attend the AGM. Most pressing issue I would like to raise is the infestation of mice along Orby Avenue that backs onto Glencairn. Castdale/Parks will have to take some responsibility in this regard especially on Health & Safety grounds. With all their experience in the construction industry this cannot come as a surprise to them since the recent disturbance of the land over our back wall. In the last 6 days we have trapped 5 mice. In the last 15 years we never experienced even one.

    Kind regards,

    John

    1. Hi John,
Thanks for comment, I appreciate it.
We are aware of the issue and I’m in touch with Park Development every few days the last couple of weeks, trying to find a solution. I’ll add your complaint to the list and will pass it on. I’ll update the residents on Thursday and will also keep everyone up to date on any developments on the website afterwards.
      I’ll be in touch John.
      Thanks a million,
      Julie
