Minister Shane Ross has informed the Gallops Residents Association that Stepaside Garda station is expected to open early next year.
He just received confirmation from Garda HQ that they have taken possession of the station from the OPW.
They have informed him that they will be fitting it out and that the station will likely open to the public by early February 2020.
